These terms cover the text-message program of SpotlightNote, operated by Richard Herbel (registered brand: SpotlightNote - Richard Herbel), Anaheim Hills, California.

SMS Terms

Program: SpotlightNote Scheduling Assistant.
What you get: texts from Richard Herbel's scheduling assistant at (714) 627-4101 to set up meetings, confirm them (including Google Meet links), send reminders, and share upcoming shows and events you have shown interest in.
How you join: you agree when Richard asks you in person, on a call, or by text, or you text HI to (714) 627-4101. By agreeing, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often: message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To join again, text START.
Help: reply HELP, or email rick@spotlightnote.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
